Learn more here . Notifications now available in WRITER You can now see alerts, tasks, and product updates in a centralized Notifications panel. August 18TH, 2026 New customizable home screen tiles WRITER Home now lets you add, remove, rearrange, and resize tiles so you can organize your workspace around the work that matters most. Three new tiles are available: My work shows your recently accessed files and files shared with you by teammates, Meet gives you one-click access to upcoming meetings and recent notes, and Waiting for you surfaces sessions from the last 30 days that are blocked waiting for your input. August 10th, 2026 Stop re-teaching AI what good looks like: Introducing Agent Memory Agent Memory learns your preferences, working style, and the context of your work from their sessions with WRITER Agent, then applies that context to future conversations so you don't have to re-explain yourself. You stay in control with full transparency into what's remembered with the ability to edit or add context, and Incognito mode to pause memory for any session. Palmyra X6 is our general-purpose flagship model — built for agentic work and long-running tasks, engineered for cost efficiency at scale, and delivering frontier-competitive performance. WRITER Meet lets WRITER Agent join your meetings, transcribe in real time, and generate actionable summaries with decisions and next steps. For administrators, WRITER Meet provides organization-wide controls to manage how the feature is enabled, how transcripts are stored, how summaries are shared, and what participants see when a recording begins. Configure models for WRITER Agent Admins can now control which models are available to their teams across WRITER Agent. Org admins and IT admins can enable or disable models from WRITER and third-party providers, set a default model, and choose which teams can access each model. Learn more here .
