What's New at Ortto - Humanitix, Microsoft Teams and Dynamic Webhooks You may have seen the news, Ortto has been acquired by Canva. For us, this means even stronger commitment to building the product you rely on every day. Nothing changes for you. The same team. The same product. The same relentless focus on helping you do more with less. Here's what's shipping this month: We're connecting Ortto to the tools your customers and teams already live in, from ticketing and event platforms to workplace collaboration and smarter, real-time data flows. Less copy-pasting. Less context-switching. More automation doing the heavy lifting. Key highlights include 👇 : 🔌 New Integration | Humanitix integration Ortto now has a native 2-way integration with Humanitix, allowing you to sync ticketing, attendance & donation data into Ortto. Trigger real-time journeys from registrations, check-ins & no-shows. This integration is currently in Beta and can be connected by heading to CDP > Data sources within your account. Learn more . *Our Humanitix integration has been quietly live since February, and today we're making it official. 🔌 New Integration | Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams now is a native data source in Ortto . Think of it like our Slack integration, but built for your Microsoft-first stack. The right signal, at the right time, in the place your team already collaborates. For marketing ops, this means faster campaign feedback loops. For revenue ops, it means critical lead signals reach the right people without anyone having to go looking for them. Fewer gaps. Faster follow-up. Better alignment. Learn more . ↪️ Dynamic Webhooks Push real-time data and trigger actions in any third-party app from inside an Ortto journey. Highly configurable HTTP requests (custom headers, parameters, auth, and payloads), so you can connect to virtually any external systems . To create a dynamic webhook, go to CDP > Data sources > New data source > Dynamic webhook data (advanced). 💬 MMS Ortto now supports MMS (images and PDFs) in SMS campaigns via native Twilio and custom providers (Twilio, Tall Bob, Kudosity), with automatic SMS fallback only on Twilio. ➡️ Journey Entry from Salesforce Campaign Ortto now has a dedicated journey trigger for entering existing or future members of a Salesforce campaign into a Journey. Add this trigger to your journey, select a Salesforce account, pick one or more Campaigns, and optionally filter by member status. Evaluation spans all campaigns a contact belongs to (not just the most recent) , and historical members with no recent activity are still eligible. Works the same whether configured at Journey setup or edited afterward.
